We do not offer refunds on everything except certain services whereas the engineer could not carry out the task on the shedulled date or for secuirty reasons the job has to be cancelled. we do give a refund if the product we suply and install has high risk due to manufacturers error, faults or damaged by us. however before we install the componets we always examine them for safety first.
DELIVERY / TRANSPORTATION
We do not charge for shipping or delivery as its free if we agreed a deal or contract with you. however your Freewill kind donations is welcome to cover the cost of transportation from driving up and down to getting your materials. .
