We could only goive a refund on certain installations and repairs which falls under olicy agreement before the work starts. If however a customer bought a faulty products online etc and has to install it , we would first examine the products safety integrity to ensure it meets the minimum british Standards then give safety of use expert advice to the customer before installing it.   In most case we do not install any faulty or dangerous products for us to be responsible for the call backs.  Some products online has not meet safety standards hence the price has been reduced for quick sale.  

We do not charge our customers or clients for shipping or delivery and transportation of goods we are about to install in their properties. However we welcomes any freewill Donations from you all to cover the transportation and fuel for driving up and downgetting your materials and products.
