Do you have a customer referral program and discounts?

With GS7 Plumbing company you get both discounts and ongoing supports as you refer us or recommend our business to others, friend and family who physically used our products and service on full payment terms. 

​our discount range starts from 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% OFF depending on the job or projects.

What if I am not satisfied with GS7 PLUMBING & HEATING?

We are sorry to heart that. Our system is designed to operate on the grounds of minimum British and Europeans standards of service .

You may have to contact us in writing or email to express your views, opinions and comments in full explanation of what might have gone wrong with the team or engineer attending to your property.

​We would take high consideration of your opinion and provide you with sound solution.

Are there any benefits for first-time customers?

GS7 PLUMBING has always lots of benefits for good existing customers and whoever joins our marvellous deeds network

​We provides businesses and services to all nationals with standard measures.

​Do you have an insurance cover, Guarantee  or warranty for your service?

GS7 PLUMBING has both Public liability insurance and product manufacturers warranty. however if you do needed our additional extended home Assist care agreement cover available at extra cost.


We do not install components or fix things with hidden intent to cause short life span except that appliance or component that becomes malfunction due to manufacturers error or mechanical cause.

Manufacturers has given you between 2 years to 10 years on boilers based on your agreements with  them during installation and registration of your appliance.

WARRANTY: Is Manufacturer's side

​GUARANTEED COVER: Is extra charges agreement between you and the GS7 PLUMBING company to  continue providing care and maintenance for your products.

Our family has disability person,  how will your work affect this situation?

During the survey visit to assess what has to be done, you has to inform us in advance  in other to provide any special features, needs or safe isolation means before quote is given,


This is to ensure you get the safety and security required and it may be subject to  additional charges if we has to hire special disability equipment.

In most cases we usually advises customer/ clients to make their own advance arrangements for accommodate for the family at special units whilst heavy projects is in progress

​finally most disabled people were able to stay at the property in safer locked room or convenient family chosen  location within the property

What if I have changed my mind and decide not to continue with the service?

GS7 PLUMBING has a REFUND POLICY and will give you a refund as long as its within 24HRs  to 72 hours of deposit taken from you..  But you will be charge the £80 call- out fee for engineer visiting your property . 

Therefore if you have paid us £120 for the job we would refund you £20 back since we offered you all the safety and technical advice during the visit before your quote has been provided.


 In most cases we do give you  enough time to think about our offer package before you commit to accepting the offer.

​If you accepted our offer then you don't have to pay the call- out as separate £80'
